Welcome to The Blue Caniche Gallery, a collection of art and craft forms that I hope you will find stimulating and inspirational.  While our Web site is still under construction, the gallery is planned to have “rooms” focused on a particular theme.

Our introductory show, opening Room 1, is scheduled for April 2019.  

 

It will focus on two-dimensional artwork using a variety of water-based media, such as Golden Artist Colors products (acrylic gels, pastes, and mediums) to achieve an impasto-like effect. This approach gives a three-dimensional quality to the painting, which offers the viewer a sense of connecting with the subject, or of just “being there.”

I hope you enjoy these creations and that they bring a little smile to your face, a little beauty into your day.
